Coach L Returns to SXSW!
LaKisha Greenwade is a wearable tech innovator, marketing strategist, business professor, and speaker with flare and a killer eye for style. Affectionately known as “Coach L” by her followers, she believes life is enjoyable when lived on our own terms and given everything we’ve got. She started Lucki Fit LLC to empower individuals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to find what fits them, then use that knowledge to become lucky in life and business. Lucki Fit LLC produces #Glam events such as Glam Tech and the Glam Retreat. Glam Tech is the wearable tech expo created in 2015 where she coaches the fashion and tech industries to innovate in the wearable tech sector while providing opportunities for women, youth, and those underrepresented in tech to learn new skills and build products for the marketplace. The Glam Retreat is a safe environment she created for leaders and influencers to practice self-care in a five-star manner so that they could live up to their personal brand.
In 2016, she was recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal and The Ohio State University Alumni Association as a 40 under 40 leader. LaKisha has also been recognized for her leadership and community engagement by the Baltimore City State’s Attorney Office, Baltimore City Council, Partnership for Public Service, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and former President of The Ohio State University.
Dubbed as the “Haute Professor” for her unique delivery and personal wardrobe style, LaKisha’s coaching skill and warm personality brings out the best in people. She resides in Baltimore, MD and cheers loudly for The Ohio State University as an alumna.
